FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS?

Visits are by appointment only.  Walk-ins are welcome, but will be booked at the next available appointment time.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept cash, debit/credit, HSA, FSA, CareCredit, Venmo, Cashapp, and check.  We do not hold insurance contracts and do not bill your insurance provider.

WHY NO INSURANCE OR PERSONAL INJURY?

While chiropractic care is beneficial for everyone, patients seeking to pay with insurance, that have an open personal injury or worker's comp claim, or are in emergent situations will likely be referred.  G2 Chiropractic specifically does not take insurance, personal injury, or worker's compensation in order to avoid a common dilemma in the medical field: providing only the treatment you can bill for, or in worse cases providing unnecessary services in order to maximize billing.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

No, but you may receive one from us!
On some occasions, we may need copies of documents from your physician, such as pertinent radiographic imaging.  We will always ask your permission before seeking these documents.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

The patient fills out standard intake information and consent paperwork.  In the visit time frame the Doctor will review family and personal medical history as well as patient injury history, perform a physical examination and same day treatment will be administered as long as there are no contraindications to care. Before completion of the visit the patient and doctor will go over goal setting and treatment plan formation.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Updated 10/1/22:

For a cancellation to count it needs to be 24 or more hours in advance to the appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling that is being done 24 or more hours in advance can be made online at your patient portal account. Anything less than 24 hours and the online portal will notify you that you will need to reach out to us at G2 Chiropractic personally. Call, text and email all work to notify us as soon as you know that you can’t make your appointment, whether that is more than or less than 24 hours in advance.

The outline of the No Show Policy is as follows:

1st no call no show – grace/no charge

2nd no call no show – charge 50% of visit

3rd no call no show – charge 50% + email referral to local chiropractors

*We are now also storing cards on file for no call no show charges.

The No Show Policy will restart every 6 months to give little leeway for those forgetful moments we all have.
